URL : <a href=\"http:\/\/journals.openedition.org\/ctd\/3791\">journals.openedition.org\/ctd\/3791<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous avons encore peu de recul sur la mani\u00e8re dont les communaut\u00e9s productrices de mat\u00e9riaux de recherche se saisissent des enjeux de l\u2019ouverture des donn\u00e9es dans le contexte actuel du Big Data et de la Science Ouverte, d\u00e9peint par Jim Gray comme l\u2019\u00e8re du nouveau paradigme de la \u201cScience dirig\u00e9e par les donn\u00e9es massives\u201d (Hey, 2009). En particulier, lorsque ces communaut\u00e9s rassemblent diff\u00e9rentes cultures \u00e9pist\u00e9miques, impliquant une pluralit\u00e9 de rapports \u00e0 la donn\u00e9e. En prenant appui sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019un programme de recherche portant sur les relations en agriculture et littoral en Bretagne (Parchemins, 2016-2020), nous d\u00e9crivons comment une \u00e9quipe de 10 chercheurs et ing\u00e9nieurs issus d\u2019horizons divers (agronomie, sciences et techniques de l\u2019information, anthropologie et \u00e9tude sociale des sciences) a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 cet objectif en lien avec son ambition interdisciplinaire et transdisciplinaire, et a co-construit un syst\u00e8me d\u2019information modulaire et interop\u00e9rable pour y r\u00e9pondre. Dans quelles mesures l\u2019objectif de mise en partage des mat\u00e9riaux de recherche \u00e0 un niveau \u00e0 la fois interne et ouvert, favorise-t-il l\u2019hybridation des approches scientifiques et l\u2019ouverture de la science vers la soci\u00e9t\u00e9? In the spirit of hydrological services, the SIMFEN WPS allows anyone to execute the hydrological modelling package transfR online through: (1) Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC\u00ae) interoperability standards; (2) collection and use of public hydrometric data; (3) connection to the pre-existing MNTSurf WPS for geomorphometric analysis; (4) visualization using a collaboratively developed Mviewer; and (5) innovative WPS workflows. A common information system (Theia\/OZCAR IS) was built to make their <i>in situ<\/i> observation FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable). The IS architecture was designed after consultation of the users, data producers and IT teams involved in data management. A common data model based on various metadata standards was defined to create information fluxes between observatories\u2019 ISs and the Theia\/OZCAR IS. Controlled vocabularies were defined to develop a data discovery web portal offering a faceted search with various criteria, including variables names and categories that were harmonized in a thesaurus published on the web. Nous pr\u00e9sentons dans cet article la d\u00e9marche d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans le cadre de l\u2019Observatoire de Recherche en Environnement AgrHyS pour \u00e9tablir une cha\u00eene de traitement automatis\u00e9e allant de la mesure \u00e0 la diffusion. Nous d\u00e9taillons le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9rique de cette d\u00e9marche initi\u00e9e il y a une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9e. Nous parcourons les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de cette cha\u00eene humaine et technique en retra\u00e7ant le chemin de la donn\u00e9e, de l\u2019acquisition \u00e0 la diffusion. Nous d\u00e9crivons d\u2019abord les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9veloppements qui ont permis l\u2019automatisation du transfert, de l\u2019expertise, et de la sauvegarde de la donn\u00e9e dans une base de donn\u00e9es. Nous d\u00e9crivons ensuite la philosophie et la mise en place d\u2019outils de publication et de r\u00e9utilisation qui reposent sur une Infrastructure de Donn\u00e9es Spatiales et sur le d\u00e9veloppement de modules compl\u00e9mentaires sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la dimension temporelle des donn\u00e9es de l\u2019observatoire. The maturity and subsequent growing use of OGC standards to exchange data on the World Wide Web, enhanced in Europe by the INSPIRE Directive, is bound to change the way people (and among them research scientists, especially in environmental sciences) make use of, and manage, spatial data. A clever use of OGC standards can help scientists to better store, share and use data, in particular for modelling. We propose a framework for online processing by making an intensive use of OGC standards. We illustrate it using the Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) G\u00e9oSAS which is the SDI set up for researchers\u2019 needs in our department. To this aim we chose to develop add-ons for the geOrchestra OGC-compliant platform. Such add-ons trigger algorithms and retrieve their output in real time through OGC standard WPS. We then introduce a watershed WPS add-on and its functioning modes. De nombreux outils conceptuels et logiciels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans ce domaine, y compris dans celui de la mod\u00e9lisation hydrologique. Or trop souvent encore, ces outils ne s\u2019int\u00e8grent qu\u2019imparfaitement les uns aux autres ou font un usage limit\u00e9 ou partiel des possibilit\u00e9s offertes par les standards actuels. Il est donc primordial d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes et des outils pour offrir aux utilisateurs une infrastructure de donn\u00e9es g\u00e9ographiques permettant l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es sur le territoire ainsi que l\u2019appropriation et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019outils d\u2019analyse et de mod\u00e8les par des utilisateurs, techniciens ou non. Cette interface\u00a0 est maintenant finalis\u00e9e dans sa premi\u00e8re version dans le cadre du projet CASDAR 2007-2010.<br \/>\nLa plateforme a pour vocation la valorisation aussi bien des donn\u00e9es p\u00e9dologiques que des applications r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de ces donn\u00e9es. Le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux modules \u00e9largira encore le champ des valorisations.<br \/>\nPour aider \u00e0 son implantation chez les partenaires impliqu\u00e9s dans le programme IGCS, et veiller \u00e0 son \u00e9volution en la dotant de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s; la plateforme Websol est mise \u00e0 disposition (droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et codes sources) du RMT \u00ab Sols et Territoires \u00bb.
